Sponsor Information

EQUIPMENT AND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

• A sound system capable of playing musical tracks and a technician to run the tracks
• A piano or keyboard – as needed
• A volunteer to help with the set up and sale of the artist's CDs and books – as needed.
• A table for Sam's CD's, books and note cards
• A stool and a glass of water
• Miscellaneous props i.e. artificial plants, trees, baskets, a bench - as needed
• Microphones:
  • A boom stand with microphone at the piano – if a piano is used
  • A microphone with a long cord, a battery-operated mic or a lapel mic. A lapel mic is preferable but not required.

The honorarium for one of Sam's programs is tailor made for each sponsor according to the financial ability of the sponsor.

The cost of travel is always split among various sponsors on a tour or figured individually for a sole sponsor.
